Testimonials

Let's be proud of what we do in social care, let's share the good things that happen and let's remind people to Believe in Good Care.

Just wanted to show my appreciation for all the patients and hard work you do.

Many thanks for making mum's stay with you a happy time.  Thanks for your thoughtfulness and kindness towards her and all the family.

To each and every one of you.  Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for caring for dad.  We know dad was so happy with you all.  We will always remember your kindness and care.

Tammy and the team have been a fantastic support to us, particularly my mum.  They are all angels and a credit to Agincare.

My dad has lived with you for about a month now.  In that time we have seen a marked improvement in his general well being.  He seems happy to be here - everyone is really friendly and you all work really hard to keep everything operating smoothly.  Thank you!

Thank you so much for your card and the way you looked after my J during his stay with you, especially at the end.   You are a wonderful team of people, so caring and supportive both to the residents and their relatives.  He could not have been better looked after.  Tilford is a happy home and I mean ‘home’.  It is unlike a lot of places that resemble institutions.  There is a friendly atmosphere.  I enjoyed my visits and, among the activities, I particularly remember the gorgeous day of the Summer Fair and ‘The Last Night of the Proms’ which was a triumph.

Thank you and all your wonderful staff for taking such very good care of her.  I have known my neighbour for over 25 years. She is very happy in Chalgrove.

Thank you for looking after me this week.

Did not want to finish the call without saying how wonderful the staff at Rochester were with him. He enjoyed his time at Rochester and she is very grateful to all the staff and especially Irene, the manager, for making his last years so enjoyable and allowing her peace of mind that he was well looked after.

To all the staff involved in the care of A.  Thank you very much for your care and kindness during his time with you.  Particular thanks to Daniel who was very good with dad when he first came to Fulford and we were all very worried and confused and then always found time to pop his head in to say hello when we visited dad.  Later on George looked after dad and always tried to keep us informed how he was doing.  We do appreciate this.

Thank you for all your care and support for our father.

To all the lovely staff at Waterloo.  I was a lost soul, frightened and lonely BUT you accepted me with help, lovingly administered.  Now I miss you all.  God bless you all.

I just wanted to say thank you to you and your team.  I was a bit nervous about visiting my nan for the first time in her new home, but it was lovely to see her so relaxed and 'at home'.  I've not laughed properly with my nan in ages due to circumstances but both times I managed a good belly chuckle! The staff interact so well with the residents and, although it was a difficult decision at first for the family, its clear it was the right one. You've been incredibly supportive to my mum and I'm incredibly grateful.  Hope nan doesn't cause you too much trouble or give her escape plan to any other residents.  Thank you again.

D is going back home and his leaving is no reflection on the excellent care he has received during his time at Fulford.  Thanks to you and all your staff.

We are so very grateful for all you have done for our dear aunt, for your loving care and attention to her whilst she was with you.

Thank you to all the lovely care staff at Rochester Care Home for looking after and loving our wee mum.  We so appreciated your help and dedication to our mum.  It was peace of mind for us as a family to know she was so happy and loved.  Thanks again

To Jo and team - thanks for all your care.

Just wanted to say how impressed we were with the staff.  Very professional, very welcoming and, most importantly, knew the patient very well even though he'd only been with you for a short time.

Just to say a very big 'thank you' to all of you who helped my father. We could not fault the care and consideration you gave him during his weeks with you.  Thank you so much.

Please accept my most sincere thanks for your kindness and thoughtfulness while my wife was in your care.  It was very comforting for us  all to know she was in such good hands.

We would like to thank you all for the way you looked after and cared for D and the support you gave to us in the baddest times.  Thank you all so very much.

I was trying to complete the recent 'relatives, carers and advocates' survey that I was given for Fulford, but I find that it does not allow me the space I need to commend you for the outstanding care and support given to our family over the last month in particular. On the social side the carers were just that - really caring.  They ensured that mum and dad saw each other every day, helping mum up and into her wheelchair to get her along to dad's room (not always easy as she often would rather stay in bed).  This meant that they had a week and a half of quality time together before dad became poorly again and later passed away in hospital. I can't tell you how wonderful it is to know that they had that time together.  Thank you so very much. I can't commend you all enough.  From the early days when you looked after J while he spent the day with V at Fulford to the last days of his life when both he and V needed total care.  You have adapted your service to what we have needed and you have helped the family understand and cope with changes that are difficult to see.  So, a heartfelt thanks to you all.

Staff caring and knowledgeable about patients.

Thank you so, so much for everything you have done.

Thank you very much for the staff for looking after me.

Thanks for looking after me and caring.

Thanks for all your support. Really appreciate you listening and understanding where I'm coming from.

Thank you all so much for your wonderful care and attention of my mother.

Thank you so much for your time on Friday and your welcoming of Professor Lopez to your homes.  He was most impressed with the care and the range of interventions and how person centred care has been embraced.  Thank you once again.

Thank you so much.  I shall never forget my RHe was my ALL and I will miss him so much.  Thank you for all everyone did.

massive thank you for looking after me and being so kindYou're an angel.

The family of VL express our heartfelt thanks for the wonderful care and kindness shown to mum over te past year.  She came to regard Gainsborough as her home and was happy and content right up to the end.  Thank you so much for your dedication.

Thank you very much for all the care and attention that you gave F.

A big thank you for your kindness and care to my auntie.  I think I was lucky to find you 2 years ago.  Many thanks again.

I don’t know where to start in thanking you all for all the loving care that you gave mum.  You will all be missed very much. Thank you again for the 19 months of care that you gave her.

Thank you to everyone for helping A with her Easter card and making chocolates and biscuits.

I want to congratulate you for your good behaviour and your attitude towards your employees. You are good people, good managers and very good in your job.

Thank you so much for caring for me and making my days that little more pleasant.  I appreciate all you’ve done.

You've been brilliant - can't thank you enough.  Its been a pleasure working with you all.

Just wanted to thank you and your team for looking after mum whilst in your care.  I think once she settled she quite enjoyed the company of your team and the residents.  We have a care plan put in place so she can return to her own home at the weekend.  We of course do not know how this will pan out, however, we owed her this to give it a try.  We have a fabulous recording of the tortoise following mum around the garden.  Not sure its quite the 'hare and tortoise' but funny all the same!  Please pass on our thanks to all of the team.
